never knew casamia was a michelin star restaurant! haha looks pretty good. the last time i checked it was still graded under aspiring restaurants.

@Baby Sumo: Its actually self preference. Some people prefer US beef, whereas some like Australian. People seldom opt for UK beef. Aberdeen angus is good meat. It is consistently good, and unfortunately, thats the trouble. It is never superb. Aberdeen angus tend to have very poor marbling when compared to wagyu.
